I see there are calls here for BTs Heads to roll.
not sure why you think this is called for.
What they are doing with phorm is designed to make BT a substantial amount of money and increase it's share of the broadband market as other, non-Phorm, ISPs become unable to compete on price.
BT's shareholders will be very happy with this.
