perhaps it's just me ,but i cant agree with his implyed 'they were to busy' i get the feeling, it looks like theres no real End users Advocates for the new chair spot yet, or any real way to see justice done for thoughs that cant afford the high court baristers fees upfront....for that matter, perhaps the HoL can re-ballance that feeling with a little time and openly seen effort...!
