Just phoned up customer services to negotiate some money off our bill (my mum was paying Ã‚Â£51 pm for services which we got down to Ã‚Â£33 pm) to be told that Croydon was on their schedule for July.

Is this true (its not on the website but thats not been updated for a while), or was it a ploy to keep us from going to BT?
