Yes it will... but it needs a sepearate adsl modem. (I'm using one on bethere)

If the other device is a router sticking it in bridge mode (if possible) would be best, if you really cannot set it into bridge/modem only mode Putting the wrt54GL in DMZ may be sufficent although i'm unsure whether it would be the same a double natting.

In theory the first router should forward everything that hits it to the 2nd but bridge mode is better because it allows the wrt54GL to have the external IP directly.
