Don't hold your breath when you do get the upgrade ,I had a better stable speed when I was still on 4 mb service ,occasionally you do get a good speed but most of the time I'm lucky if I get much more than 5 mb some upgrade this has been ,the only + side is the upload speed has gone from 44k up to 60 k ,marketing ploy for bad service "Free upgrade from 4 mb to 10 mb " don't make me laugh Virgin
