I would agree that the only way to get an official answer from VM is to phone them.
However you argue that even if someone were to phone Virgin and get an official answer, if they don't like the answer they are given, to keep on phoning.

So whether the answer is official or unofficial you don't want to agree with it unless it is the answer you were expecting in the first place
I have also never said I am giving official advice, but why ask questions on this forums if you don't expect to get a useful answer? There is no point in this being here if it is just going 'have you done this?' or 'has this happened' and getting either a 'Yes' or 'No' answer
