Hi,

I just moved house and the front garden here is tiled. My landlord here is understandably unwilling to allow VM to dig them all up to run the cable. He said that in the past there have been issues with VirginMedia where they were unwilling to install their services because of the tiles. Is there any way to get them to do the installation overground?

I'm posting this message on a 1Mbit Tiscali connection. It's awful. I need my 20Mbit connection back
