Yep Full 10meg
I put my download on at 8:20pm as normal and was traffic shaped by 8:43 bugger at least 2.5Mb/s

is better than that 1Mb/s. But still capped at 800MB, I now set me download schedular to 8:40pm start time.

hope not to get capped tomorrow. will see.
