No DPI gets a mention as the trial in early June is cancelled.

Looks like ICO are talking to BT lawyers.

Mostly blacked out, but one phrase left to contemplate...

"we anticipate that matters may rest here"

I don't expect that means what I hope it means, but it would be nice to think so.
