You just need to phone them and ask for a wireless router to be sent. It's free for XL subscribers, tho I THINK you have to pay p&p (Ã‚Â£7.50) for it.

I ordered one at the end of April. Was told there'd be a delay as they were out of stock. After 2 weeks I phoned to find out where it was. Still a delay they said. So I got impatient and went and bought one myself. I had lots of probs with it. Kept having to reset it etc. So last Monday (16th) I phoned Virgin again to find out where my order was. Errrr.....We'll send one out today!!! lol. It arrived 2 days later and has been running sweet!!! It's a Netgear one, so a good reputation!!
