This no longer applies. There are no PIN numbers any more

The first time you now try and go online to ANY site, you should be automatically be directed to the registration pages (If not then the activation site is correct)

EDIT: If it is a manned install, the installer should now ask you to turn on your PC, hook the modem up to it and go to a specific 'installer' page which confirms that the modem is properly talking to Virgin. You then follow the normal registration process
