- my first attempt at being installed was a failure due to the conduit from the 'swept T' (The connection point outside your house) to the street cabinet being blocked with concrete, so they couldn't pull the cable .
It was sorted very quickly though &, to be fair, it was very soon after the street cabs, etc were installed, so I presume that similar problems don't occur so often, nowadays ...
