Second floor may be an issue - as far as I know the safe height working regulations prevent them going any higher than the first floor without erecting scaffolding / nets, etc, which they won't be expecting on a standard installation.

It 'may' be possible to arrange for the appropriate hole to be drilled before they get there & provide a means to pull the cable up & through.

I believe you can contact customer service to request a survey prior to the installation & discuss whether that will be a problem - but don't quote me on that, I'm not 100% sure?
