Re: Is anyone using Vonage?

I used to use Vonage for outgoing calls (and VM line for incoming calls) and it was excellent. It connected by ethernet to my router (so was always on even if the computer was not) and I used ordinary cordless phones available to buy anywhere. A very reliable service. Just as clear as an ordinary phone, even when X Box and computers were using the internet too (and I was only on 2Mb then)

I cancelled because I went on the VIP package which included free 24 hour landline calls, so there was no point in having an internet phone.

I did not pay any disconnecvtion fee (possibly because I was a customer for over 12 months)
