I would be a real hypocrite if i signed a congestion charge petition of any sort as i don't have or routinely use machines with an internal combustion engine
. When it comes to being secretive and trampling on the rights of it's people we in the UK are mere amateurs when compared to the government of the US so as bad as this country maybe and might yet become it is still a long way better then the US.
