She's probably been put down as the person who orchestrated it, from calling her partner and possibly trying to dispose of evidence.
And its good to see people released early from prison are being useful members of society.

Of course seeing it's from the Sun it must be lies. The suspect has never been in prison, he wasn't wearing a tag and was only in the supermarket to buy cakes for his church choir practise.
