Wilco. You know BT are leaking email addresses and security credentials to Phorm simply by viewing pages? (see
earlier warning to BT customers).
You don't even have to submit a contact Phorm. Simply
looking at the webwise.bt.com pages can give Phorm a BT customer's email address (and other security credentials).
