Of course english matters should be decided only by english representatives i mean how can anyone arguw that it is the argument the scots and welsh used and they got devolusion. It is wrong that some scots mp can vote to limit services in England while those same services are then given a boost in Scotland. But then again if you ask me it is fast coming time to break up the union and give Wales and Scotland thier independence and in doing so give England it's independence as well.
