Aside from Labour, who entirely coincidentally have a large number of MP's from Scotland willing to fall into line, I can't see how anyone could think it's fair for MP's to vote on matters that don't effect their communities.

If Westminster tried to grab back powers from Holyrood or override decisions made by the Scottish Parliament it wouldn't be accepted so I think it's only fair that MP's from N. Ireland and Scotland abstain from votes on English/Welsh matters.
