Downstream Recieve Power Level: 4.1dBmV
Downstream SNR: 30.8dB
and the maximum downstream data rate is correct at 20480000

The service status page on VMs site says there are no known problem. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

Post your Upstream power and what modem you have.
