I wrote a cancellation letter to Vodafone months ago and they sent me a PAC number. The direct debit was canceled automatically so I thought the contract was canceled successfully. But they still keep charging me and they said as I didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t use the PAC, I still need to pay the line rental. Does that make sense? What should I do on this?
