When has any other club used the same tactics as Madrid have been. Some examples might be helpful.

Oh come on, if its not a problem for you personally but still against the rules then its ok? Most player receiving an interest from a massive club would start feelign unsettled, or at least tempted to tear up his existing contract. And as for Madrid giving Ronaldo a car (I dont know if this is true or not), Carrick must have been rubbing his hands when thinking of the bif fat signing on bonus he was going to receive when Utd said they wanted him. It's all the same, however the business is conducted.
