I too live in belfast and have been having the same issue, i use gamespy arcade and about 4 nights ago while i was using it it suddenly timmed out when i tried to reconnect it simply wouldnt work and hasnt since. When i try to log in at
www.gamespyid.com ie times out. Also have other various sites refusing to connect.
