There would be some degree of infringement considered within the law CF would not be hosting illegal content for any period of time unlike youtube. As for there wouldn't be any more sites like youtube if they can't regulate themselves then national law will have to do it and if national law is unable then fine no more sites like youtube. How do you think the many hundreds if not thousands of kids and adults feel when they find out their assault is there for all to see on some cruddy website. If it was a member of your family or a friend maybe your view would be different.

It has been shown many times that reporting content does not mean it comes off and i don't think it is too much to ask these companys to spend some of their profit regulating the content that is on their sites. If your going to say "oh well you can't do much about it" we can hardly complaibn when some impressionable youth's within our society look on sites like youtube see others sticking two fingers up to the law and society and then do the same.
