Not really sure you can compare say CF to youtube which has a hell of a lot of stuff on it i don't think is appropriate. Also what your saying is that it is ok for some company to start up make money and have no responsibility whatsoever for what gets hosted on their site. If that is the case then sorry but i would support any law bought in to make site owners responsible.
