Oh and there's another one "IPPTV ERROR"

This is all from memory, so it might not be IPPTV, but it's along those lines.
That's all completely normal.

Don't force an update - you just risk breaking the box. If there is an update available in your area, a simple reboot will pick it up. If there is no update, forcing it won't help.
