We use both Outlook Web Access and Outlook Express (included with Office 2007).
However, IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m also finding this to be an issue with any download from any website around 90% of the time.
Whilst at work I am able to use my work laptop (and their connection) to download attachments which therefore leads me to believe that it is my internet connection.
Im not bothered about downloading more bothered about being unable to open email attachments!
Damn you Virgin!
