I am using netgear WGR164 router,
cpc1-hatf4-0-0-cust972.lutn.cable.ntl.com would be the UBR and
Downstream SNR: 40.8 dB
Downstream Receive Power Level : 3.3 dBmV
Upstream transmit Power Level : 59.5 dBmV
Downstream Modulation : QAM256
