It is a limitation of the feature.. VM will have in the near future the ability to kill all penalties at a set time.
So they will likely stop STM at 2100 and kill all penalties at 2300 or midnight.

That doesn't look like the stats for an STM'd 20Mb/s Cable Modem. Are you sure you have been STM'd?
