Which router are you using?
Did you mean that you didn't experience the same repeated connection drops for a while after installing the new modem?
Which UBR are you connecting to? (Click on "Connection" near the top of this page but delete out your IP number)
Could you copy across your current modem power level (as you did in post 3 above)?
