And no, it's changing...ask alex, what him dodge the question like he always does.
Infact this was also brought up on the newsgroups a few weeks back with people having their torrents shaped (out of stm hours)...which he gave his usual "looks like im giving you an answer but im not then deny it all" attitude.
Overnight STM is currently on the tables to be trialed, actually, seems your information isnt upto scratch either
