Yeah I know that, thats why the Virgin modem is connected direct to the pc when the call is made.....just incase I have to go through the whole routine of unplug your modem for 30 seconds, then shut off the pc, then reboot the pc etc etc....
like having told them been with them for years so I know the whole routine of what to do when it goes off I tell them when I have called before that I have gone through what they go through over the phone and I dont need to go through it all again for there sake and listen to my problem I am telling you
