My flatmate must feel left out. He paid £299 for his SkyHD box and it is £199 now. Do you think it can phone up Sky and say as a loyal customer he is due a £100 refund?
When you take out something, you know the price may change.
The conversion fee has been in place since June 2007. When the install fee for new V+ customers was still £150. No existing customer complained then
