Its worse than that. Concast have a habit of arbitrarily disconnect heavy users, without defining any limit. So downloading 1mb too much and thy'll cancel your service without notice, and ban you for a year. Given residences in the US tend to be more spread out than the UK, it makes ADSL even more unlikely.
