I'm all for saving money but this is a false saving in my opinion.

They charge me £5 per month because I don't pay by Direct Debit (I don't pay by DD as they haven't been able to get my bill right for nearly a year so I like to see what they're trying to charge me before I pay).
Now they want to charge me £2.00 to send me the bill.

So I switch to e-billing.

I still get charged £5 for not paying by DD though and now they're not even using paper! How can they justify this charge any more? Specially with BT dropping their fee for low-income and old people (don't get me started on the fairness of that).
