Thanks James. I already knew of that speculation but I was wondering if there is any more information on this new contract ie whether it is to do with ISPs here or in the US, new OIX partners etc. I was hoping Alexander may have gotten more information in the mean time but guess I will have to try to learn some patience which is
not my strong point LOL
