And prey tell how is he going to log-in to a Virgin Media UBR, How is he going to get past the firewalls and the other security that should be in place, If Virgin have been daft enough to keep the password and access details the same as standard then they really do need to look as to why they have been so bloody stupid ?

Any server or router i work on that has a standard set of access passwords the first thing i do is change them all and lock them down behind security Its called common sense
