Peter Lerman - Riesling - on offer at Ã‚Â£4.49 at Booths (posh Cumbrian Supermarket bit like waitrose).I did have it nicely chilled in the work fridge but got called into work at the restaurant so it has warmed up a little in the car, gave it a blast back in the freezer and I think because it is not too cold the flavour is coming through better. Too chilled and I think it ruins the apple flavours.
