Alot of legitimate uses.
Legal HD P2P, linux distros, legal p2p, legal film download services etc.
I also code alot and thus require a high upload.
At one point i was also a distro mirror and was constantly uploading.
Plenty of none legal purposes for it as well of course

Manor Top, i remember when that place looked like a drug dealers den! hard to image it being all cleaned up.
Chavs dont bother me, i just ignore them..besides they are around no matter where you go in the UK!
You'd move all the way to bournemouth just for a fast upload connection?
