If your STB needs replacing, VM will supply it free.
To check if you need a new one, head over to VM's
Even Faster section and select Broadband Service L in the drop down box and the next page will ask you to select your current kit (STBs are at the bottom of the list). Click on your STB and it'll let you know if it's suitable for the 10Mb service (if it ever arrives!).
If you don't fancy calling a premium number, you can request a new modem via VM's Tech Support newgroup as well.
