simon, you should have sorted that simple live webcam feed as requested and we would'nt be having this problem now, but i did warn you didnt i....

a simple and cheap divx realtime yakumo USB video encoder(Ã‚Â£70 or less), a copy of VLC and any reasonable video cam pluged into it and the wireless/wired laptop would have been simple and yet effective to do after all.......
