Actually, I asked about a year ago and was told that replacement remotes are chargeable - that was after I explained that it wasn't working too well and was unresponsive. To be honest that was all fixed with that big firmware upgrade this time last year.

As always I guess CS's advise is only as good as the person is feeling on the day and or whether they are having a good day themselves!!??
