At what point are you as a consumer entitled to a new remote??
I've had my remote for remote for my Telewest branded V+ service since it was first available which is just over 2 years now and it is well and truly knackered.
Even with new batts you have to hold it almost directly level with the V+ box and even then it's a fight with the buttons to put just the right amount of pressure in just the right place for the function of certain buttons to work - namely the volume and the Ch+/Ch-.
I'm pretty sure CS will say I'll have to pay for another even though it's no longer working due to wear and tear.
Has anyone else had this problem yet?? what success did you have?? any ideas people??
