BT (or any ISPs who sign up to Phorm) will have
no access to the Phorm equipment. This has been mentioned a few times in this thread (and the IT pros who contribute are as shocked as me they would allow this) and it is confirmed by Nicholas Bohm's legal analysis.
Phorm's approach is "Trust us, we're the good guys even though we won't let you anywhere near our kit".
