V+ gives the error "unavaliable" spoke to tech support - they said, turn it off / on ill send a signal - so followed the instructions he gave - it didn't work. He then said, leave it for 72 hours and it may work.
So I rang back, somebody told me the box isn't recieving signals properly and need an engineer, but he hung up on me.
A little gutted to be honest, can anyone offer any advice?
