Hi - was told it's to do with Unpaid/late payment charges, which I stated to VM that I already paid off the bill so the account should've said no amount owed and closed (I didnt have contract with them as I finished it 1 year before I cancelled it). And VM said that they can't do anything about it until I paid the amount in full. I did tell them that I had no letters or anything for 6 years asking for Ã‚Â£900+ .. They didnt know what to say except repeating these words "Sorry, we cannot issue you an account with VM until you've paid Telewest in full"
