Yes basically for me I am comparing freeview (poor as I am on the edge of 2 transmittors), vm analogue (was poor 2 years ago when I was on ntl analogue and I wasnt happy I was paying more than ntl digital customers, why would I voluntairly choose analogue over didigtal service), sky digital (as far as I am concerned is a very good service).
Stuart I couldnt agree more.
First off scrapping analogue frees up bandwidth on the cable equipment which would help broadband, they would no longer have the problem of managing two difference services billing etc., they may actually gain customers I cant think of many people who would pick analogue cable over digital sky (sorry I can they pick it because can clone broadband modems and use hacked tv boxes

)
VM have at least woke up to one thing, they finally realised they should be concentrating on broadband instead of tv as the tv is a lose lose for them. They are at least in my city started to work on the broadband coverage, the sister who is in a analogue area has very recently ordered VM broadband they upgraded the cables on her street. Sadly still no plans for my area.
