I just got a letter today telling me my "service" is going up by £3 and I can ofset it by -£1 by having ebilling..

So which bit is going up

I have a package deal, which I have now read will stay the same price, however my package deal is based on £37 XL broadband, looking at the site, it nows says thats £20 ongoing. ??

When did XL go to £20 ??

It also says 4Mb > 10Mb £16

So if I have a package deal;

£37 XL broadband
£11 M phone
£9 L TV
Total £57

And Im paying

£11 phone
£11.50 L TV
£37 XL Broadband
£59.50

- £11 Disc 12 months ???????
- £16.50 Loyalty BB/Phone/TV

Total I pay £32

I dont know how they put those prices together for my bill, but it looks cheap so havent said anything.

But now broadband is £20 ??
