i have a dvd player with hdmi.i plugged the cable hd lead into the dvd and the dvd picture was fine,then into the the other hd slot in my tv and the picture is still bad but the dvd player is fine.

just phoned virgin and they coming saturday 12-4 so hopefully be sorted
