I don't have any problems with my 20mb service .. seems to work OK, phone is good too, it's the awful TV service I have issues with. Probably because I've got a old Telewest Pace box (the grey/blue one)
I would be a big headache to move to different suppliers .. the cable is bloody convenient in that regard!
